Shipping & Handling Information

  • All in-stock items that are ordered before 3:00 P.M. EST will ship within 1 business day.
  • Any orders that are placed after 3:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day.
  • CellSuperMall.com offers shipping and handling via USPS First Class Mail or UPS (3-10 Business Day Delivery) with flat rate of $4.95 for one item and free for additional item. For order over $20 shipping is free!
  • U.S. Customers; local and state sales tax may apply.
  • CellSuperMall.com does not ship outside of the US and Canada.
  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect or missing address information that was entered by you (the customer) when placing the order may be reshipped but you (the customer) will be responsible for all new shipping charges. Additionally, if you choose not to have the item reshipped you will receive a refund minus all shipping and handling charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for either a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges; or you may exchange the item for another item of equal or lesser value. If the item you purchased was either defective or you received an item other than the item you purchased you will receive a full refund. All returned pone must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature, accessories, instructions, blank warranty cards and documentation. All Phones must be returned in "Like-New Condition", show no signs of use.

The item must be returned in good condition, in original packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. To obtain a return, please send an e-mail to: returns@CellSuperMall.com.

--> Reason for return

--> Your e-mail address

You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 10-15 business days of our receiving your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item you purchased was either defective or you received an item other than the item you purchased.
